About Kris Vannoy...
Welcome to the 2018-19 school year!! I'm so happy you are here. Here is a little bit about me...
My family moved to Dripping Springs 9 years ago from Houston!! We have adjusted well and never regretted that decision.
I graduated from Texas Tech University WAY back in the 90's, where I met my fabulous husband!! I have been married for 18 years and have been blessed with two amazing daughters, Abby - going in to 9th grade, and Emma - going in to 8th grade. I absolutely love watching them do what they love!!
This will be my 17th year in public education and I am so happy it is right here in Dripping Springs. I taught for 7 years in the Houston area and 6 years in Austin ISD before beginning my Drippin' teaching career in 2015. I have been in the classroom much of that time, but also have experience as a math instructional coach, campus facilitator, and academy coordinator.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, running with my buddies, doing crossfit, hanging out at the lake, spending time with family and friends, and doing all sorts of projects I find on Pinterest!
I am very excited to see what 2018/19 school year has in store for me and you!!
